Hi Lorraine

never been to one for RA but went to one with my sister because she ostio Arthritis. and they ask her a few questions and she answered them and she took a letter from her Dr with her and a friend who looks after her they listern to them all, told her to go and sit in the waiting room and then about 1hr later fetched her back in the room and told her there review results and why they had come to the decision, she did get hers.
